3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship to all 48 contiguous states. Free shipping available on orders over $500.
Alaska & Hawaii

International Shipping

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking Number: Unique identifier for your shipment
- Tracking Link: Direct link to carrier's tracking page
- Estimated Delivery Date: Expected arrival timeframe
- Carrier Information: Name and contact for shipping company
Track Your Order: Visit your account dashboard or use the tracking link in your email for real-time updates.
6. Delivery Instructions
Someone Must Be Present
A signature is required for all furniture deliveries. Please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive the package during the delivery window.
Inspect Upon Delivery
Please inspect your items before signing for delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. This helps us process claims faster.
Delivery to Room of Choice
White Glove service includes delivery to your room of choice. Standard delivery is curbside or threshold only.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Some oversized items may require freight shipping (additional fees apply)
- Certain areas may have delivery surcharges for remote locations
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be expedited
- Holiday periods may extend processing and delivery times
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If Your Item Arrives Damaged:
- 1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- 2. Take photos of the damage and packaging
- 3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@bohofurniture.com
- 4. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
If Your Package is Lost:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact us within 7 days - we'll file a claim and send a replacement
9. Holidays & Peak Seasons
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) and holidays, please allow additional processing and shipping time:
Peak Season Adjustments:

We Don't Ship On:

10. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on warehouse location and item availability. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There's no additional charge for split shipments.
